  • Very specific qualifications are on the approved list of the Expedited Pathway. Only MRCGP UK (CCT 08/ 2007 onwards), FRNZCGP and MICGP (CSCCT 2009 onwards).
    All other specialist qualifications go via the PEP Specialist Pathway.

  • If you are happy to wait at least 6 to 8 months, go for a 186. Otherwise, a 482 is your best option. There are other variables, a clinic must be willing to sponsor for 186 (the costs are much higher than 482) and the clinic must be willing to wait for your 186 to process!

  • This pain point has been removed by us. You only speak to Tiffany and Harsha from your first interview to arriving at the airport in Australia.

  • You will find your rhythm and establish your preferences over a period of time. Some GPs see 24 to 32, some see 40+
    You can decide your pace and your income expectations can also dictate how much workload you want to take on! There is no shortage of work in Australia, thats for sure!

  • Our most important recommendation is to consider patient demand. You dont want to move countries only to earn the same as what you would at home! Patient demand can be checked and assumed in 3 to 4 different ways, we will walk you through it!

  • It depends on which stage of their application they are on and which pathway they have chosen! Times can vary depending on AHPRA processing periods.

    Expedited Pathway: 4 months

    PEP Pathway: 4 to 6 months

  • We have been conditioned over years to believe that unless you spend major amount of money, you will not see a GP in your clinic and the market just kept exploiting that factor. Hence, when we are creating a revolution, it seems to good to be true! But feel free to ask us for our current retained clients and we will set you up on a 1 on 1 meeting with them!

  • We are working for your practice and the doctor simultaneously. We dont post your job on our website and forget about it. Every doctor we speak to gets presented with your clinic (if they are eligible to work in the area).
    We promote your clinic on unique platforms and drive engagement with your brand. All of this is done at 40 to 60% of the cost of a single full time agency placement fee.

  • We have curated Orientation plans which are clinic specific but follow RACGP standards. We continue to assist with accomodation search, school admissions and cultural orientation. When the GP arrives in practice on Day 1, is where you take over!
