I started GPX AU with a clear vision of providing executive level experience to clients, personal and almost friend-like experience to doctors while remaining price competitive.
Our aim is clear, enable practices to utilise their resources efficiently, ensure a doctor’s interests are protected and recruitment is ethical.
For Practices: The days of spending thousands of dollars is behind us. This was never supposed to be a $25k placement industry. Recruitment of GPs can be ethical, cost effective and transparent. With GPX, you will get the doctor your practice and community deserves.

Co-Founder
“Hyper-organised” is probably the first phrase that comes to mind when describing me, both personally and professionally! It is a trait that has helped me succeed in the three healthcare businesses across Australia that I co-own alongside my business partners.
What initially began as stepping in as a support person quickly developed into a passion for the healthcare industry, particularly helping doctors make the move to Australia, supporting them through the process, and finding ways to help medical practices grow.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Analytics. With AI becoming the new norm, I initially questioned how I would continue to use my analytics background. But knowledge is power and so is predictive modelling for medical practices! I love using data to improve operations, forecast demand and uncover opportunities for growth

Kristal De Castro
Executive Team Leader
I manage the communication, organisation and workflow for GPX AU clients and doctors. With a Master’s degree in Economics, I understand how various factors impact a business and I am bought in to the idea of helping GP clinics become efficient and profitable.
