  • Yes, both of our recruitment models cover full AHPRA servicing. New applications, change of circumstances and all pathways are covered.

  • Yes. be it a 482 or 186, we do it all. Nominations and Visa applications are done in house, at no extra cost.

  • Almost no overheads. We don’t invest in unnecessary technology, office spaces or fancy merchandise. We focus on ethical and appropriately priced services and have long term clients.

  • Certainly! Many IMGs come with extensive rural training from their home countries. Select IMGs come from diverse, multicultural health systems and fit in like a glove to rural Australian practices.

  • How many do you need? There is no cap on how many GPs we recruit, once we are on a retainer.

  • Very specific qualifications are on the approved list of the Expedited Pathway. Only MRCGP UK (CCT 08/ 2007 onwards), FRNZCGP and MICGP (CSCCT 2009 onwards).
    All other specialist qualifications go via the PEP Specialist Pathway.

  • If you are happy to wait at least 6 to 8 months, go for a 186. Otherwise, a 482 is your best option. There are other variables, a clinic must be willing to sponsor for 186 (the costs are much higher than 482) and the clinic must be willing to wait for your 186 to process!

  • This pain point has been removed by us. You only speak to Tiffany and Harsha from your first interview to arriving at the airport in Australia.

  • You will find your rhythm and establish your preferences over a period of time. Some GPs see 24 to 32, some see 40+.

    You can decide your pace and your income expectations can also dictate how much workload you want to take on! There is no shortage of work in Australia, thats for sure!

  • Our most important recommendation is to consider patient demand. You dont want to move countries only to earn the same as what you would at home! Patient demand can be checked and assumed in 3 to 4 different ways, we will walk you through it!
